PUPPY AGILITY CLASS Start your
puppy with the proper introduction to agility. This 6-week course will
lay the basic foundation in agility for both you and your puppy. This
class will focus on attention, targeting and giving directions to your
pup. It will also teach you to deepen your relationship with your dog
that will be useful in obedience, agility or as a loving member of your
household. Most equipment will be scaled down for pups. $165.00/6
classes
Prerequisite for this class - Pups must be between the ages of 5 and 12 months of age. Taught by Sally Sizer – Sally is a multifaceted dog trainer with 30 years experience in obedience training, breeding and showing, 5 years teaching Agility (she does Agility with her French Bulldogs!) She is a member of APDT, President of Peaceful Paws, Inc. (an organization that advocates and promotes animal assisted therapy), a Delta Society Evaluator and Instructor, Certified TTouch Practitioner, CGC Instructor and Evaluator, and an instructor of pet assisted therapy. Sally is also a Reiki Master. Her life is dedicated to the care and well being of our animal friends which she does in a purely positive and compassionate way. Classes fill up fast, please sign up as soon as possible! NEXT CLASS STARTING DATE:
Please bring your puppy to class on a flat collar and a regular leash (no retractable leashes or harnesses). Please bring a chew toy or bone (not a squeaky one) and some soft treats for training your puppy. Children are welcome to attend but must be able to sit quietly through the one-hour class. |
